However, there are certain conditions on the basis of which the product can be returned or replaced easily.

Unused Products

The foremost condition for the exchange/return of any product is its ‘seal packed’ guarantee. The Gadgets & Mobile Accessories that you once bought from Gadgetize.pk and in any case of change of mind you want to return it then it should not be used and should be returned to us without any flaws.

Tags Must Be Intact

The gadgets must include the original tags, accessories, freebies, user manual, and warranty cards. Hence, the product should be returned to Gadgetize.pk with all its accessories given or else in case of missing of any accessory, the product will not be returned or exchanged with other ones.

Manufacturer’s Packaging

The gadgets you bought from Gadgetize.pk should be returned to the company in the same original packaging as it is given to you. There must be the manufacturer’s packaging along with a shipping label attached to the product. Do not put any sort of tape/adhesive or stickers to the original package you want to return/exchange.

Order Number/Tracking Number

To avoid any inconvenience in the easy return or exchange of the product, it is essential to indicate the order number and tracking number on the return parcel.

Note: Gadgetize.pk reserves the right to send the returned product back if the product is found in an inadequate condition. Whereas, if the return is rejected, it will be sent back to the buyer within three days

Defective Product

Misfortune knocks suddenly but very seldom in Gadgetize.pk. However, if you find your product as damaged, defective or incomplete at the time of delivery. So, please don’t wait anymore to file a return request on our website within 14 days of purchase.

Selective Categories

Gadgetize.pk has a wide range of categories. However, in case of change of mind in Gadgets & Mobile Accessories, when once opened, so they will not be returned or exchange. Whereas, if not opened and demanding for replacement just for the change of mind then it will be done within 14 days of filing a request. Whereas, Bluetooth speakers, Car gadgets, Drones and Quadcopters, and Gadgets Deals can be easily changed, return, or replaced within a specific time.

Change of Mind/ Don’t Like the Products

Gadgetize.pk ensure flexibility in terms of every aspect of the return policy. However, if our valuable customers don’t like the product or want to get any other one to replace the bought one from our website. Then they simply have to do a few tasks. Overview

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

  • Book with obvious signs of use
  • CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened.
  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds

Late or missing refunds

Exchanges

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

Shipping returns

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
